Shipping Methods & Timeframes

UK Shipping

General Products

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £3.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - £4.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £75

Singles (Individual Cards)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £1.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - £2.99

Slabs (Graded Cards)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £3.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - £4.99

Booster Boxes

Lightweight Orders (0kg-1.9kg):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £3.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - £4.99

Heavier Orders (1.9kg-10kg):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days - £6.99
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - £8.99

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping coming soon!

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

During peak seasons (new set releases, holidays), processing time may extend to 2-3 business days.

Packaging & Protection

We take special care in packaging trading card products:

  • Individual Cards: Protected in penny sleeves and toploaders, shipped in team bags or bubble mailers
  • Booster Packs: Carefully packaged to prevent bending or damage
  • Boxes/Cases: Wrapped in protective material and shipped in appropriately sized boxes
  • High-Value Items ($100+): Signature confirmation required and fully insured

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland
  • UK offshore islands (additional charges may apply for remote areas)

International shipping is not currently available but we're working on expanding our delivery options.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through:

  • Royal Mail website (royalmail.com)
  • Your Finch TCG account dashboard

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of damaged items
  • We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly

Lost Packages:

  • We're not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier
  • For high-value orders, we recommend signature confirmation
  • Contact us immediately if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days

Address Changes

  • Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing your order
  • Contact us immediately at [your email] for urgent address corrections
  • We cannot redirect packages once they've left our facility

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after their official release date
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship when all items are available
  • Contact us to split shipments if needed (additional shipping charges may apply)

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, please allow extra time for processing and shipping. We recommend placing orders by:

  • Christmas: December 18th for delivery by December 23rd
  • New Year: December 28th for delivery by January 2nd
  • Bank Holidays: 3 working days before the holiday for guaranteed delivery
